SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Song Tailor provides digital products only. No physical goods are sold or shipped.


DIGITAL DELIVERY

All Song Tailor products are custom-made digital audio files and are delivered electronically.

Delivery is completed via:

  • Email to the address provided at checkout, or

  • A secure digital download link

No physical shipping, postal delivery, or courier services are used.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Our standard delivery timeframe is 3โ€“5 business days.

In many cases, orders may be completed sooner, including next-day delivery, depending on order volume and complexity.
However, delivery will never exceed 5 business days from the start of production.

Delivery timeframes may be affected if:

  • Additional clarification is required from the customer

  • Incomplete or incorrect information is provided

If clarification is required, the delivery timeframe will pause until the necessary information is received.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for:

  • Providing a valid and correct email address

  • Ensuring all custom details are accurate and complete

  • Checking spam or junk folders for delivery emails

Song Tailor is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information

  • Failure to respond to clarification requests

  • Email delivery issues outside our control


DELIVERY ISSUES

If you have not received your digital product within 5 business days after production has started, please contact us at:

Please include your order number so we can assist you promptly.


NO SHIPPING FEES

As all products are delivered digitally, no shipping or handling fees apply.
