Welcome to Song Tailor. The terms โweโ, โusโ and โourโ refer to Song Tailor. Song Tailor operates this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, digital products and services (the โServicesโ). Song Tailor is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

SECTION 2 โ OUR PRODUCTS
Song Tailor provides custom-made digital audio content, including personalised songs created based on information submitted by the customer. All products are digital-only. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
Due to the personalised and creative nature of our products, the final result is subject to artistic interpretation. Musical style, vocals, structure, and arrangement are creative elements and may vary. We do not guarantee that the final product will meet subjective expectations.
All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.
SECTION 3 โ ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a custom digital product. Song Tailor reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.
Custom Digital Content & Waiver of Withdrawal Rights
By placing an order, you expressly consent to Song Tailor beginning work on your custom digital product immediately. You acknowledge that once production has started, you lose your statutory right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase, in accordance with UK and EU consumer law for custom digital content.
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please review all submitted details carefully before placing your order.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy [LINK].
SECTION 4 โ PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout. Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the payment method provided. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
SECTION 5 โ DIGITAL DELIVERY
All Song Tailor products are delivered digitally via email or download link to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to incomplete information, clarification requests, or high order volume.
Song Tailor is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
SECTION 6 โ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through the Services, including but not limited to audio, lyrics, text, branding, graphics, and website materials, is owned by Song Tailor or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Upon full payment, customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to use the delivered song. This license does not permit resale, commercial use, public broadcasting, distribution on streaming platforms, or synchronization with monetized content without prior written consent from Song Tailor.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
SECTION 7 โ REVISIONS
Unless otherwise stated, each order includes one (1) reasonable revision, limited to minor lyrical or factual corrections. Revisions do not include changes to the overall theme, structure, style, genre, tempo, or musical direction.
Requests that substantially alter the original brief may be treated as a new order and may require additional payment.
SECTION 8 โ OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools โas isโ and โas availableโ without warranties. We are not responsible for any issues arising from their use.
SECTION 9 โ THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
SECTION 10 โ RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Song Tailor is powered by Shopify. All transactions are between you and Song Tailor. Shopify bears no responsibility for any aspect of the sale or delivery of products.

SECTION 12 โ FEEDBACK
