What is Song Tailor?
Song Tailor creates custom-made, personalised songs based on the details you provide. Each song is written and produced uniquely for you โ no templates, no stock tracks.
Is this a physical product?
No.
All Song Tailor products are digital only. You will receive a digital audio file via email or download link. Nothing is shipped.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 3โ5 business days.
In many cases, your song may be delivered sooner, sometimes even next day, depending on order volume.
Delivery will never exceed 5 business days once production has started.
How will I receive my song?
Your song will be delivered digitally:

Via a secure download link
Please make sure your email address is correct and check your spam/junk folder.
Can I cancel my order?
Because all songs are custom-made digital products, production begins immediately after purchase.
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled and refunds are not available, in accordance with UK/EU consumer law.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not available once production has started.
A refund may only be considered if:

Your order has not yet entered production, or

We fail to deliver your song, or

You receive the wrong or unusable digital file and we are unable to fix it

What if I donโt like the song?
Music is subjective, and each song involves artistic interpretation.
For this reason:

Disliking the style, vocals, lyrics, or mood is not grounds for a refund

We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before purchasing
Do revisions cost extra?
Each order includes one reasonable revision, such as:

Minor lyric corrections

Fixing factual errors (names, dates, wording)
Revisions do not include:

Changing the entire story
-
Switching musical style or genre
-
Major structural changes
Requests outside the included revision may require an additional fee.
What information do I need to provide?
At checkout, youโll be asked to provide details that help us create your song (names, story, tone, occasion, etc.).
You are responsible for ensuring all information is accurate and complete. Errors in submitted details are not grounds for refunds.
Can I use the song commercially?
No, unless agreed in writing.
Your purchase includes a personal-use license only.
You may not:

Sell the song

Upload it to Spotify, Apple Music, or other streaming platforms

Use it in advertising or monetised content

What if I havenโt received my song?

Can you upload my song to Spotify?
Yes โ Spotify upload is available upon request.
How does the process work?
If you would like your custom song uploaded to Spotify, please email us at

Agree to your song being made publicly available

Consent to your song data (audio file, title, artist name) being used and distributed on streaming platforms

Once confirmed, we will handle the upload process for you.
Is Spotify upload included?
At the moment, Spotify upload is offered free of charge as a courtesy service.

Availability may be limited

An additional fee will apply in the near future
Any pricing changes will be clearly communicated before the service becomes paid.

Uploading your song to Spotify makes it public

Streaming platforms have their own review and approval timelines, which are outside our control

Once uploaded, removal is not immediate and depends on the platform
