REFUND POLICY

At Song Tailor, all products are custom-made digital audio products created based on information provided by the customer. Because of the personalised and digital nature of our products, this Refund Policy outlines specific conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CUSTOM DIGITAL CONTENT

By placing an order with Song Tailor, you expressly consent to us beginning work on your custom digital product immediately.

In accordance with UK and EU consumer law, you acknowledge that once production has started, you lose your statutory right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase of custom-made digital content.


2. NO REFUNDS ONCE PRODUCTION HAS STARTED

Once work on your personalised song has begun, no refunds or cancellations will be issued, including but not limited to cases where:

  • You change your mind

  • You no longer want the product

  • The song does not meet subjective expectations

  • You provided incorrect, incomplete, or unclear information

  • You dislike the style, vocals, lyrics, or musical arrangement

All creative elements involve artistic interpretation and are inherently subjective.


3. REFUNDS BEFORE PRODUCTION BEGINS

A refund may be issued if:

  • You request cancellation before production has started, and

  • No work has been performed on your order

Refund approval in these cases is at Song Tailor’s discretion.


4. REFUNDS FOR NON-DELIVERY OR ERROR

A refund or replacement may be issued if:

  • We fail to deliver your order within a reasonable time and after reasonable attempts to resolve the issue

  • You receive the wrong digital product (e.g. incorrect order delivered)

  • The delivered file is corrupted or unusable and we are unable to provide a corrected version

In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.


5. REVISIONS ARE NOT REFUNDS

Revisions are handled separately under our Revisions Policy (as outlined in our Terms of Service).

Requests for changes or revisions do not qualify as grounds for a refund.


6. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in account suspension and loss of access to current or future Services.

We reserve the right to provide payment processors with order details, communications, and proof of delivery to contest fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.
